Return & Replacement Policy

PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS:
Federal and state regulations prohibit pharmacies from accepting returns of prescription medications once they have been dispensed. After your payment method is charged and the package is transferred to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS), all sales are final. Before shipment, you can log in to your ForHumanity account to update your address, change your payment method, or cancel an upcoming refill. If your prescription medication is damaged in transit or lost, contact Patient Care and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement when appropriate.
NON-PRESCRIPTION (OVER-THE-COUNTER) PRODUCTS:
Unopened, non-prescription items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, email support@forhumanity.co with your order number, the product name, and the reason for the return. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not accept COD packages. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the product arrives in its original, untampered condition.
LOST PACKAGES:
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, ForHumanity Health will work with the carrier to locate and redirect it when possible.
